Our traditional positions are management buyouts, recapitalizations or acquisitions with the seller maintaining a role as an ongoing contributor. We value private or public companies with an entrepreneurial spirit for business and meet the following criteria:
  • $8 to $15 million in annual revenues and three year history of growth
  • Ability to support a minimum of 15% annual revenue growth while maintaining margins
  • EBITDA margin of approximately 18%, with three-year history of profitability
  • High margin product focus
  • Scalable capabilities and market niche
  • Established and leverage-able relationships with core OEMs or OEM suppliers
  • Competitively positioned and entrepreneurial spirit
